nationals on deportation matters , obtaining urgent interdicts against
Home Affairs officals and inspectors.

CONSTITUTIONAL
LAW
We challenged
the Provincial hospital which refused to render emergency medical
treatment to a patient in need of dialysis . We took the Government
of South Africa to the Highest Court of South Africa , for the first
time a matter of socio-economic issue was heard by eleven judges
. This matter received wide media coverage both in the print and
technology media. This case , Soobramoney vs Minister of Health
was reported twice in South African Law reports . The Constitutional
Court Judge President gave the matter preference to be heard on
an urgent basis - . sadly Soobramoney died a few days after the
courts ruling .
